Greetings, and thanks for visiting. I am, as you might have guessed, a Graphic Designer.
While I always knew it existed, it was through spending my Saturdays at the Cooper
Union during my senior year of high school that I was first exposed to the art of crafting
images by hand. A while later, while studying design at Pratt Institute, I realized that
there was much more to design than purely making images. After completing my studies
at Pratt in 2007, I have had the chance to work in various mediums, most frequently
web and environmental-based graphics. My approach to the design process starts with
research. It is by learning as much as possible about my client and the matters at hand
that enables me to deliver the most appropriate and effective design solutions for any
given situation. If I had to give a description of my design style, I wouldn't be able to
simply because each project is individually tailored around the needs of each client.
There are, however, certain principles and characteristics that inform the decisions
I make during the design process, including but not limited to: classicism, minimalism,
accessibility, usability, craft, and a touch of humor.

I have designed at:

Archigrafika LLC
Graham Hanson Design LLC
Harkess-Ord LLC
